Apple sued over iPhone 3G data connectivity yet again

Under: Apple iPhone, News Date: January 30th, 2009

Looks like to old cash hungry knives are out to take Apple to the cleaners yet again as an irate North California Apple iPhone owner sues Apple over 3G data connectivity.

This time it’s one Jason Medway whose out for the cash who files a 14 page suit for himself along with all Apple iPhone 3G owner in California, and alleges Apple has continued to push iPhone 3G sales although they knew its 3G data connection was faulty.

Basically same old story, Apple iPhone 3G doesn’t maintain 3G connection for as long as liked so lets see if we can take Apple for a not too small amount of compensation of only $5 million in damages.

My personal view is, it hasn’t cost them anything really so why aim for $5 million? Answer…because it’s one way to gain a few bucks if it works…greed that’s all.
