Seems the Virgin Mobile Helio Ocean 2 is getting some big news lately as Virgin Mobile issue a press release stating Virgin Mobile’s sponsorship of Britney Spears’ Circus tour, and casually throws in that “Select fans” will receive an Ocean 2 handset.

The reason for giving “Select fans” a Helio Ocean 2 is so they can capture images and video from each show to share on social networks, email and blogs.

So one can assume unless there are a specific number of Helio Ocean 2’s available pre release that the Ocean 2 will be launched before Britney’s tour kicks off in March.
