Remember that nasty ‘Curse of Silence’ virus that hit the net wave not so long ago, the one that enabled an attacker to shut down messaging capabilities on Nokia S60 Third Edition smartphones?
Well it seems the ‘Curse of Silence’ has now been lifted as Nokia has now pushed out an official free clean up tool which can be downloaded and installed.
So looks like Nokia hasn’t simply forgotten and let their customers just get on with it as they have at least worked with carriers and finally come up with a solution, so no more ‘Curse of Silence.’
