Eight technologies have been predicted to have a major impact on the mobile arena over the next 2 years by analyst company Gartner, which range from new types of mobile displays, user interfaces and new wireless standards.
According to Nick Jones, VP of Gartner, it’s important to identify these techs as they are likely to evolve rapidly and will have an effect on the success of mobile strategies which are now being planned.
The 8 technologies are…new displays…Bluetooth 3.0…location sensing…mobile broadband…802.11n…mobile web…near field communication and mobile user interfaces. Guess all the mobile industry had better keep an eye out for these then.
