Got a bit of news on what we can expect to come out of Verizon Wireless over the next couple of months so we thought we’d pass it along.

Verizon plans to launch the HTC Touch Diamond and LG VX9600 mobile handsets during early March. Verizon is getting a rather rare CDMA BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8230, although at the moment there is no confirmed release date.

Verizon has apparently promised to launch a mobile device “unlike anything anyone has seen before” sometime this year, but just what this is they aren’t saying at the moment. Lastly, Verizon is reducing the Samsung Omnia in mid March to $99 on a contract.
