It was expected that quite a few mobile phones sporting the Google Android platform would show at Mobile World Congress 2009, but very little has appeared with the exception of Huawei.

Huawei announced their own Android phone, but unfortunately only delivered a non functioning prototype at the MWC 2009 event.

The Huawei Android is a touchscreen handset similar in looks to the Apple iPhone and looks to be a little too button-less to actually work with the traditional Android interface, but then Huawei is working on their own custom interface for this Android handset.
