Apple iPhone app enables Blackjack cheating?

Looks like Apple may have upset some official bodies with an application they let into the iTunes App Store, and that official body is the Nevada gaming officials.

Apparently Nevada gaming official were tipped off about an Apple iPhone and Apple iPod Touch card counting app which can enable a gambler to gain the upper hand at Blackjack.

Apparently according to Nevada laws governing cheating using a device to aid in the counting of cards is a felony. The other point is the application incorporates a “stealth mode” and thus could easily be missed. Not too sure if Apple are going to pull the app or not though.
