Motorola RAZR3 Ruby returns from the mobile scrap yard?

Under: Mobile Phones, Motorola Date: February 23rd, 2009

The Motorola RAZR3, the Ruby was late reported as being trashing by Motorola so they could shift their concentration to development of a Motorola Android based mobile phone.

But according to Mobile Review the Motorola Ruby isn’t dead but very much alive although renamed the Ruby VE1, and they have press photos to prove the claim.

So did Motorola not scrap the 5 megapixel camera, 3G, GPS, RAZR3 but simply delay while obtaining a new OS? Or could it be that Mobile Review simple has hold of a few old press shots? Any word Motorola would like to say?
