Windows Mobile 3.1 remembered on Nokia N95

Under: Nokia, Phone Software Date: February 25th, 2009

Today we take a trip down memory lane with a Polish developer known as Marcin-PRV who has for some nostalgic reason or another installed the aging Windows Mobile 3.1 OS onto a Symbian smartphone, the Nokia N95 and thus allowing both operating systems to run in tandem.

Now just why he would do this I have no idea as it really is kind of useless, nonetheless, he used DOSBox which is a free DOS emulator to port the OS of times long past.

Not much use to anyone and fairly pointless, but it’s nice to stroll down memory lane once in a while isn’t it?
