Here at last is the Apple iPhone OS 3.0 preview event and a quick recap about the iPhone, Greg Joswiak comes out and reminds us where the iPhone started and how it is doing to date.

Greg Joswiak says that he will show you some of the future plans, but before that we all need to know where we all are with the iPhone. The iPhone is now in 80 countries which is a massive success and before they shipped its first phone they set a goal, their goal was to sell 10 million phones and with 13.7m sold is a major success (he actually said “We blew it away.”).

Altogether they have sold 17m, so you can see how the iPhone is doing and how well it will continue to do. We here at Phones Review will keep you posted about the latest news.
