Will Sanwa Neckset microphones replace Bluetooth headsets?

Will Sanwa Neckset microphones replace Bluetooth headsets?

Under: Accessories
Date: March 24th, 2009

There is a new “neckset” which is a microphone that is positioned on the neck, which looks quite awesome and comes out of Sanwa.

These new neck microphones are based on the same styling that the military use on tactical missions, and will go quite well with your chosen mobile phone. According to akihabara news the Sanwa neckset is used by many SWAT teams.

Sanwa wishes to replace headsets with the new necksets that apparently promise better quality calls in noisy environments. The Sanwa neckset if wore with the correct clothing can look less inconspicuous that most Bluetooth headsets.

So what do you think readers, would you prefer a Sanwa neckset to the more familiar Bluetooth headset?

I don’t think so. First, it is not this safe, as a normal bluetooth headset; 2nd, it’s not this practical too.

    Finally, it looks fragile.

I’m not sure I understand this fully… so the part around the neck is clearly the microphone, but where is the speaker so you can hear?
