Recently, AT&T made an announcement that they would soon offer current AT&T customers no contract Apple iPhone 3Gs. Well it now appears that AT&T isn’t the only ones with that in mind.
Going by a report by Intomobile, It seems that Apple has begun selling their iPhone 3G without and contract with AT&T, and the prices from Apple are an 8GB Apple iPhone will cost $599 while a 16GB Apple iPhone will set you back $699.
With Apple and AT&T now offering contract free Apple iPhones may well point towards Apple gearing up for a new next-gen Apple iPhone launch, thus reducing current stock to make way for a newer version.
