Twitter is big, many people are using it to let people know about their daily lives, and now Vodafone UK is offering a new agreement for Twitter fans.

Vodafone users in the United Kingdom will be able to send and receive free Twitter messages via SMS, they can receive text messages from those on Twitter they follow and then reply via text message to code 86444 for their tweets, to follow someone, or @replies.

The free service from Vodafone UK is only for a trial period though so you can expect Vodafone to begin charging once that period expires, but as yet what they will actually be charging isn’t known.
