Slacker Radio for BlackBerry gets updated to feature Bluetooth

Slacker Radio has now released an update to their streaming radio app for BlackBerry smartphones while at CTIA 2009.

The latest version of Slacker Radio for BlackBerry incorporates a few new features such as the ability to read song lyrics available to subscribers to the premium RadioPlus service according to a post on cnet.com.

BlackBerry owners who opt for the free version of Slacker Radio for BlackBerry also gain with a new implementation of Bluetooth support which delivers compatability to numerous Bluetooth headsets and peripherals.

The updated version of Slacker Radio work with the BlackBerry Storm, Bold, Curev and Preal series. Bluetooth is enabled via the BlackBerry options menu and the updated Slacker Radio can be downloaded via BlackBerry App World or Slacker.com.
