Samsung is committed to WiMAX and took the chance wile at CTIA 2009 in Las Vegas to announce their first WiMAX handset, the Samsung Mondi.
The Samsung Mondi is destined for Clearwire’s WiMAX Clear network and bosts WiMAX and WiFI along with a 4.3 inch touchscreen and a slide out QWERTY keyboard and uses a Samsung TouchWiz style UI over Windows Mobile 6.1, and a 3 megapixel camera, GPS and Bluetooth 2.0.
