Another whisper hits the rumour mill today, this time concerning the Sony Ericsson Idou, and as with all rumours needs to be taken lightly. The word is according to mobil.se, the Sony Ericsson Idou may well go on sale in October.

Apparently the info came via some German PR Sony Ericsson rep who has “gone on record” as saying that the Symbian powered, 12 megapixel camera packing Idou is slated for retail in Oct, with Nov being a fall back date.

However it appears that Sony Ericsson is sticking with their first announcement that the Sony Ericsson Idou with 3.5 inch touchscreen will ship sometime in the 2nd half of 09.
