As we know, Apple is being sued over multi-touch patent infringement by Elan Microelectronics, and they have been a tad slow in bringing the lawsuit, but it does look like Elan has the technology to back up their claims.

We have a video for your viewing pleasure, which can be viewed below, and shows off what Elan calls “eFinger Transparent Touchpad,” which believe t or not is running on top of the Android platform.

The video shows the multi-touch feature with zooming in and out, and one presumes that Elan had this before Apple had the iPhone. Anyway check out the video because it does look kind of slick running on Android.
