Back at CTIA in Las Vegas, Opera announced a new version of their mobile web browser, Opera Mobile 9.7. Now according to an article posted over at Symbian-freak Opera 9.7 is not only coming to Windows Mobile, but to Symbian S60 as well.

There doesn’t seem to be much detail, but what they are saying in regards to Symbian S60 is that they are currently working on it, and that it is really awesome.

So, Opera believe Opera 9.7 is awesome, let’s hope that’s not simply bragging rights, but the word is Opera 9.7 will include, Opera Turbo, improved widget manager, Google Gears, and improved rendering engine.
