Verizon Wireless CEO Ivan Seidenberg, in a recent interview has hinted that while CDMA carriers were passed over with the original Apple iPhone, it is possible they may well get a shot at a future Apple iPhone when LTE networks go live across the board.

According to the article on phonescoop, Seidenberg also commented that it is unlikely Verizon Communications would be purchasing Vodafone’s 45 percent stake anytime in the near future even if they wished to.

So Verizon seem to be quite happy with what they have but would like a stab at a new iPhone if one is in the offering; what do you think, should Apple offer Verizon an iPhone?
