It was of course only a matter of time before the knock-off boys in China got round to ripping off the Android based T-Mobile G1 smartphone.

Well according to dailymobile.se, the Chinese have now done just than and have cloned the T-Mobile G1, but apparently have done so in style as the handset does look kina nice.

Not much word on any specs or just how this Chinese version stands up to the original T-Mobile G1, but the guys do have a few images to look over if you care at all about this latest knock off.
