Well it appears while our American buddies are being deprived of their mobile Skype, over here in the UK mobile carrier 3 isn’t bothered about Skype encroaching on their territory as they are now to offer unlimited Skype to Skype calls and messages with incurring any extra fee.
Apparently 3 roll out the new rules as of the 1st of May and will be for any compatible 3 headset and will also expand to every 3G phone on their network later this summer.
3 UK believes it to be a win situation for everyone and hopes it will lessen calls made to other networks, but whatever the reason it is good to finally see a network embracing VoIP
