As we already know Verizon Wireless wants part of the Apple iPhone game, and is now in talks with Apple with a view to bringing the Apple iPhone to the USA’s largest network.
Well according to topiphonenews, the talks with Apple are intimating that Verizon Wireless may see an Apple iPhone on their network in 2010 at the earliest.
Now AT&T isn’t simply going to stand by and just let their exclusivity with Apple just end, so it is likely AT&T will try to bring a fresh deal to the table in order to keep said exclusivity for longer.
So the thing is, if Apple lets the iPhone go with Verizon Wireless they could well gain millions of new customers and the revenue therein, so what could AT&T possibly offer Apple to retain their exclusivity?
Any ideas?
