Opera has announced that there has been an increase of 157 percent in usage of Opera Mini web browser over the past year and 12.1 percent usage growth since February 09.

In March, 23 million mobile phone users where using Opera Mini to browse the Internet, seeking 8.6 billion web pages in March which equates to a 255 percent year on year increase and 17.4 percent monthly increase.

This indicates that Opera Mini is arguably one of the world’s best mobile web browsers that is capable of delivering full form web pages with desktop accuracy and speed.
