Vlingo has now launched a new version 3.0 application for BlackBerry smartphones that enables the user to send transcribed messages without the need to hit a key.

However is does appear that Vlingo is chopping features back and now reserving those features for their premium version Vlingo Plus which costs $17.99.

But the majorite of Vlingo voice commands remain intact with the free version such as updating Fackbook, tweeting, launching applications and web searches and the like. We have a short video of Vlingo for BlackBerry in operation below.
