LG VX11000 gets renamed LG enV Touch for Verizon

The word hitting the net is that Verizon Wireless is gearing up to launch two new LG enV mobile phones, one of which will be the LG enV3.

The second LG phone to launch from Verizon Wireless is reported to be the new LG VX11000, and is to be officially renamed the LG EnV Touch according to a report over on phonearena.

Spec wise the LG enV Touch should offer up twin displays with the external display being a touch screen, a full QWERTY keypad, 3 megapixel camera with LED flash and auto-focus, S-Class UI, MicroSDHC and 3.5mm jack.

LG enV Touch available for sale on Best Buy for a whopping $599.99. This is much more than the anticipated $219.99 with a new two-year agreement with Verizon, so we’re guessing this is the full price without a contract. Also, somebody at Best Buy must have jumped the gun because the original estimate was that the enV Touch was to be in stores starting June 5
