There have been several rumours over the years of a possible Sony PlayStation type mobile phone, and those rumours just don’t seem to die. But then they never will when you have someone like Hideki Komiyama, president of Sony Ericsson speaking on the subject.

According to a report by UnwiredView, Komitama, during an interview said that the possibility of a Sony PlayStation branded phone “could happen.”

And well if the president of Sony Ericsson says it could happen it probably means they have given the possibility some serious thought. So no doubt this latest rumour won’t be the last on the Sony PlayStation phone.

So how about it, should Sony Ericsson make a Sony PlayStation phone?
