Slingbox has finally release SlingPlayer for the Apple iPhone, and Cnet has taken a first look and says the new application still has all of the functionality found in the previous version.
There is a new functionality though which are gestures that will enable the iPhoner to scroll through their favourite channels along with scrolling up and down through channels.
They also state that SlingPlayer Mobile for the iPhone only works on WiFi and cannot use 3G to stream video. Okay, so if that is the case then why has AT&T officially banned SlingPlayer for the iPhone from their 3G network?
