French Bouygues Telecom has announced they expect to ship their first Android handset, the Samsung i7500 in early July according to a report on unwired view.
Bouygues Telecom will rename the Samsung i7500 smartphone to the Samsung Galaxy, presumably to give it a sexier handle for the French, although I think i7500 is just as good.
Spec reminder on the Samsung i7500/Galaxy…quad-band GSM, tri-band 7.2Mbps HSDPA 900/1700/2100 MHz, a 3.2 inch AMOLED touch screen. 5 megapixel camera, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0, 3.5mm Jack, 8GB storage and microSD expansion up to 32GB.
