Yesterday morning, Palm Inc announced their latest smartphone, the Palm Pre will be going to Canada in the 2nd half of this year, and Bell Mobility will have Palm Pre exclusivity states a report on the globe and mail.

Senior VP of marketing for Palm, Brodie Keast has said that Palm is excited to bring the Pre to Canada via Bell Mobility.

The Palm Pre is expected to be the “come back” smartphone for Palm who have struggled in recent years to gain a hit mobile handset that will allow them to compete against the likes of the Apple iPhone and RIM’s BlackBerry smartphones.
