Samsung recalls 160,000 SPH-a110 and SPH-a120 Jitterbug phones

Samsung has recalled 160,000 SPH-a110 and SPH-a120 Jitterbug phones because of software problems.

The Samsung Jitterbug phones (version BB14) model numbers SPH-a110 and SPH-a120 have occurring problems where the phones show a no service area which displays “out of range, try again later” message, it then fails to connect to the emergency 911 service.
