Pay monthly or business tariff customers will get unlimited web browsing on your iPhone through the O2 network as standard, you will be happy to know that O2 has partnered with BT Openzone and The Cloud to give you unlimited Wi-Fi in their hotspots.
As from June 19 you will be able to use your laptop because internet tethering will allow you to connect you iPhone with your computer which means you can use the iPhone as a modem, it is similar to broadband where you get unlimited UK browsing and Wi-Fi on your iPhone. Internet tethering doesn’t work with 2G iPhones.
If you choose the 3GB Bolt On and need more data one month, you can upgrade to the 10GB Bolt On or buy an extra 1GB for £4.89, both include unlimited Wi-Fi. Internet tethering doesn’t work on Pay & Go. But you can get unlimited web browsing in the UK on your iPhone with the O2 Web & Wi-Fi Bolt On.

- 3GB Bolt On = £14.68 a month, Wi-Fi is Unlimited in 5,000 hotspots via The Cloud, You need to have it for at least 30 days, if you go over your bundle plan it will cost you 19.6p a MB.
- 10GB Bolt On = £29.36 a month, Wi-Fi is Unlimited in 5,000 hotspots via The Cloud, You need to have it for at least 30 days, if you go over your bundle plan it will cost you 19.6p a MB.
Internet Tethering Bolt Ons for business customers:
- 3GB Bolt On = £9.99 a month (ex VAT), Wi-Fi is Unlimited in 5,000 hotspots, you have to have for at least 24 months, if you go over your bundle plan it will cost you 15p a MB.
- 9GB Bolt On = £20.00 a month (ex VAT), Wi-Fi Unlimited in 5,000 hotspots via The Cloud, you have to have for at least 24 months, if you go over your bundle plan it will cost you 15p a MB.
- 3GB Bolt On = £12.77 a month (ex VAT), Wi-Fi Unlimited in 5,000 hotspots via The Cloud, you have to have for at least 30 months, if you go over your bundle plan it will cost you 15p a MB.
- 9GB Bolt On = £23.83 a month (ex VAT), Wi-Fi Unlimited in 5,000 hotspots via The Cloud, you have to have for at least 30 months, if you go over your bundle plan it will cost you 15p a MB.
