Sprint selling Palm Pre to businesses

Sprint has spent quite some time on pitching the Palm Pre smartphone to customers via social media promotions and adverts, but it is now time for Sprint to tackle the enterprise arena for the Palm Pre reports Forbes.

The president of business markets groups at Sprint; Pageet Alves states he doesn’t expect a hard sell to corporate clients as he sees 4 business categories potentially adopting the Palm Pre.

Alves goes on to say that WebOS could be its own selling point and some corporations may be intrigued by the webOS’ new ideas, while other firms may choose the Palm Pre for its business applications.

Another area is the media and entertainment industries who have a younger workforce and these firms will offer a wider range of mobile devices including the Palm Pre.
