According to an article over on Pocket-lint, HTC is to announce a new Android platform mobile phone today in London at 11.30AM.

No other details have been released as to what the new Android handset will offer in the way of specifications, form factor, or anything else, just the date, time, and that it will carry the Android operating system.

T-Mobile claimed last week they would be launching the T-mobile G1 Touch this week so it could suggest that the 2 announcements may well be connected. Once we know more we will pass it along.
