Shazam has now announced an updated version of Shazam for iPhone and will utilise iPhone OS 3.0 and comes with 3 new features.

Shazam for the iPhone now allows the sending of songs to Twitter thus enabling sharing with your Twitter followers, and enhanced functionality.

Shazam has also added a thing they call postcards, postcards are a type of collection of songs that you have collected and think your friend might enjoy. There is now geo-location support as well which shows the user where they were when they tagged a song.
