The Nokia N97 is now available in Indian stores along with iPhone OS 3.0 and thus business-standard has done a comparison to see if the Nokia N97 can compete with the iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS although India doesn’t have the iPhone 3GS yet.
They go on to say the Nokia N97 is the first smartphone to ship with Nokia Ovi Store which is similar to the Apple App Store, and then compare processors which the Nokia N97 has a 434 MHz processor and the iPhone 3GS has a 600 MHz processor so Nokia steps back there.
Next they compare batteries where the N97 comes out on top, and the N97’s 32GB is better than the iPhone 3G’s 16GB, they don’t touch on the iPhone 3GS 32GB there.
