Apple iPhone 3GS: Prototype found on eBay

A Prototype iPhone 3GS has ended up on eBay for sale in the shadiest of manners, just as the original iPhone prototype (ancient OS included) was.

The original prototype iPhone was found on eBay a few months ago. According to Engadget, eBay now have the world’s first iPhone 3GS on there as well. An eBay seller the “guy” stumbled across the 3GS at an airport, decided not to hand it in to lost and stolen but to make the most of this sudden opportunity.

It has been confirmed to being an Apple iPhone 3GS by an Apple Genius (only according to the new owner), although this expert is unable to help him get past the “connect to iTunes” screen. I think you would agree this is an incredibly rare brick.
