iPhone 3GS Problems: Apple Blames Weather and Owners for Overheating

Those problems with the iPhone 3GS overheating is nothing to worry about as apparently Apple has all the answers and has stated that it is due to the weather, or the owner leaving the iPhone in a hot vehicle reports Apple Support, which I presume makes it official.

It appears that the new beefed up iPhone 3GS processor has nothing to do with the overheating or even inadequate cooling, it’s all the iPhone owners fault for not looking after the handset properly then.

However an article on iphone-ticker reports a new problem, one that the oleophobic coating is rubbing off the iPhone screen, which no doubt Apple will put down to owner overuse or some natural phenomenon.
