There have been rumours of the new LG GT500 smartphone heading for Rogers in Canada; however that hasn’t been confirmed as yet and remains a rumour.

On the other hand, according to an article on pocket-lint, the LG GT500 has launched exclusively on T-Mobile in the United Kingdom and is available for free on certain £25 per month contracts.

Spec wise the LG GT500 sports HSDPA, full 3 inch touch screen, 5 megapixel camera with image stabilisation, AGPS, 130MB onboard storage, microSD slot, tethering capability, built in Dolby 2.0, 3.5mm jack.
