According to an article posted on intomobile, Red Five Labs, the people behind .Net Compact Framework for Symbian S60 platform has now announced a new offering to developers.

Apparently the new offering is called Net60 Explore which enables developers to utilise Net60 free as long as it is for non-commercial use.

Net60 Explore comes with a perpetual licence which is linked to a single IMEI number so developers can create licences for themselves from the Net60 website and can also create S60 apps and distribute royalty free, thus ending the “per device” fee.
