iTunes Killer is all set to clear for Apple’s smartphone According to David Walker. Reports say the Spotify music catalogue could be heading in the direction of the iPhone in jut a couple of days. Although there is one hurdle to jump over – Apple has to first give approval for that launch.

The news has been touted as an iTunes Killer, so will Apple clear Spotify mobile? The timing couldn’t really be better as having all the music available freely on the iPhone most certainly will shift a lot of Apple stock in the run up to Christmas.

The application is said to search for new music, stream and let iPhone users download music directly to their phones. On the downside the app isn’t free and it’s been rumoured to cost £9.99 and only available to premium subscribers.
