Earlier this month AT&T called out Verizon Wireless, who went to court to uphold its commercial honor.

Verizon Wireless went to US District Court in Manhattan asking that its slogans like “America’s Most Reliable 3G Network” be validated. AT&T had claimed these were false.

Nobody is sure why AT&T are becoming feisty, seeing as though they have had their fair share of issues. This is not the first time carriers have battled over claims who knows, will it be the last?
