iPhone SMS Hacker Attack: Black Hat patch warning

The iPhone software has a bug that Apple needs to patch which could enable hackers to take over the iPhone simply by sending an SMS message, and Apple has just one day left to sort the issue according to an article over on pcworld.

iPhone hacker Charlie Miller discovered the bug and spoke on it at the SyScan conference in Singapore, and since then he has been working and says he is now able to take over an iPhone with a series of malicious SMS messages.

Miller has said he will demonstrate just how this is achieved during a presentation at the Black Hat security conference in Las Vegas this Thursday, but will Apple push out a patch in time?
