Reports are that documents recently seen state that the arrangement which will end on October 9th 2009, and that now in the running is T-mobile along with 02.

Apparently 02 may still retain the rights exclusively to sell the new 3GS. The bad news couldn’t really come at a worse time for 02 who have recently been faced with numerous complaints about the data speeds that users are able to receive on the iPhone.

On Wednesday, a lot of 02’s data network crashed entirely leaving thousands and thousands of eager mobile users without access to their email or internet. Not good for 02 as this is the third time on one month. 02 have said that they continue to regularly test drive by coverage, and that the speeds they record in London are a good experience for email and web browsing.
