This probably wont come as too much of a surprise to you as documents suggest that Rogers has an eye on Nokia’s Surge.
The Nokia Surge is the kind of device that any text fanatical carrier with an established relationship with Nokia would be looking into. Although what may come as a bit of a surprise is that is that they’ll apparently be launching the 6790 Surge.
The smartphone sports a slide out text keyboard 3G data and GPS, features include a memory card slot, accelerometer for auto rotation a large QVGA display and Flash Lite 3.0. There is no word on availability yet, but we’ll apparently be looking at CAD $89.99 on a three year contract when it does finally become available. For more information visit engadgetmobile.com
