BlackBerry Operating system version 4.5.0.138 has been officially launched by Verizon. Version 4.5.0.138 is for the Curve 8330 and Pearl 8130. This is only the latest and not the newest official release.
This update will resolves the following issues for the BlackBerry Curve 8330, it used to trigger a loud short noise when answering a call, this has now been resolved, emails received by the mail application with an attachment used to lose the attachment, this has also been resolved.
There was also an issue with the Pearl 8130 and that is the same issue the BlackBerry Curve 8330 had, emails received that had an attachment by the mail application regularly lost the attachment, this problem has now been resolved in the latest version 4.5.0.138.
