The Samsung Tocco Ultra Edition features a 2.8 inch AMOLED display along with GPS navigation, MP3, AAC, AAC+, WMA music player, 8 megapixel camera with auto-focus and dual power LED, Bluetooth, 7.2 HSDAP and microSD expansion up to 16GB.
The Samsung Jet S8000 features a full touch AMOLED WVGA display, 36. Mbps HSDPA, 5 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS and microSD expansion up to 16GB.
Furthermore, RFMD predicts volume shipments of RF6266 and RF3267 should increase in 09 in support of the Samsung Tocco and Samsung Jet and other Samsung 3G mobile phones.
