Do you remember back in July the geometrically-inspired Bao device was mentioned, well it looks as if Sony Ericsson has a new name for it, Jalou, this was announced today in the limited edition of Dolce&Gabbana version.

The Jalou will put substance last and style first. It is reported to be shorter than a lipstick the device is marketed less of a phone and more of an accessory. It has a 2” display, diamond shape design which it boasts about, 3.2 megapixel player, FM tuner, Step counter, video recording, Bluetooth 2.0 and even a built-in mirror (no we are not joking).

We are expecting the normal version in Q4 in Onyx Black, Deep Amethyst, Aquamarine Blue, but the D&G 24k gold-plated edition will be in sparkling Rose and will have a Bluetooth headset that matches and spectacular packaging. There is not a price on this as of yet.
