Now here’s a bit of good news for owners of the HTC Magic, apparently the HTC Magic will see HTC’s Sense user interface by October according to a report on gizmodo.

However, with good news also comes some bad news, and the bad news is that owners of the T-Mobile myTouch 3G along with any other of the “with Google” variants of the HTC Magic will not gain the HTC Sense UI.

Apparently the reason for this is to do with the Android licensing agreement that T-mobile and the others signed which forbids those from acquiring the new HTC Sense UI.
