Well yesterday I posted an article on the Dell Mini 3i Android phone which you can find (here), apparently though that appearance of the Dell Mini 3i at the China Mobile even was not official and just a proof of concept.

The word is new according to an article on pcmag, Matt Parretta, a Dell spokesman has said… “The only thing that we’re confirming is that we’re in product development with China Mobile.”

If the Dell Mini 3i is “just a concept” then why didn’t Dell or China Mobile say so at the event? So this could well be just a put off after the fact.
