Is it that the iPhone 3GS is so popular over in Canada that it is running out of available stock or is it Apple can’t supply enough iPhone 3GS handsets?

The word according to the globe and mail is Canadian wireless carrier Rogers has fessed up to a backlog of iPhone 3GS orders, and says they are out of stock and are still taking orders as their iPhone 3GS inventory continues to come in week on week.

Maybe Apple is struggling to supply Canada, but we haven’t heard any such problems occurring in the States, or even over here in the UK.
